Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team in Halifax. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- P.Eng. or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is an asset.
