Job Title: Millwright

Tiger Calcium Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Slave Lake. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and determine materials or parts required for repair, ordered through the Parts Department.
  • Install, align, maintain, dismantle, and overhaul machinery such as pumps, presses, agitators, gearboxes, and hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
  • Work with Electricians, Welders, and other trades to complete repairs or insulations.
  • Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure all guards and protective devices are in place and functional.
  • Inspect and monitor equipment to prevent breakage and lost production.
  • Maintain a detailed record of repairs for work orders.
Requirements:
  • Journeyman Millwright certification.
  • Minimum two years of related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Aerial Work Platform certification.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools and specialized equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
