Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Prabh Building Maintenance LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
