Job Title: Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Tink. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading business activities related to client accounts, supporting partners in business development, and identifying opportunities for client retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a leader in contributing to all business activities related to client accounts.
  • Support partners in business development and identify opportunities for client retention and loyalty.
  • Become the primary point of contact for clients wishing to undertake projects or initiatives such as site development, mobile applications, interactive campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Provide insights, opinions, ideas, and recommendations for the evolution of client solutions.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong knowledge of the digital world with a business-oriented mindset focused on helping clients.
  • The ability to bring people together and navigate political environments.
  • The ability to analyze client needs and propose creative and effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this position.
  • Highly functional English is required for this position.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing or e-commerce.
