About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Representative to join our team in Fort McMurray. As a key member of our Commercial Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your territory to deliver volume and market share targets that contribute to achieving national, regional, and district-level objectives.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital tools and assets to maintain strong business relationships, train retailers and staff, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate and maintain market demand for our multi-category products by ensuring adequate inventory levels, attaining distribution targets, and reducing out-of-stock situations.
  • Collaborate on special projects at the provincial and national levels with your team of Territory Managers.
  • Drive performance in a highly regulated market.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' relevant work experience in a marketing-focused role.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG or global organization.
  • Strong extra-curricular participation record.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business insights, strategic approach, and account management capabilities.
  • Energetic, driven, and autonomous.
  • Facility with digital tools and ability to interpret commercial data.
