Position Overview

The Housekeeping Operations Supervisor at STOKE MOTEL plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead a team effectively while ensuring high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role within the housekeeping sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Select and procure necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and teams.
  • Conduct inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services for housekeeping equipment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for team members.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Oversee in-house laundry services and ensure efficiency.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
