Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Armstrong Healthcare Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating work, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to staff.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
