Your Duties:

  • Deliver client support by gathering information for orders of heating oil, propane, stove oil, and diesel, ensuring timely delivery on the next scheduled date.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients of 09 Irving Oil Limited, ensuring service excellence by verifying and updating client account details, troubleshooting and resolving basic account issues, managing the needs of dissatisfied callers, escalating concerns as necessary, providing accurate information on products and services, and addressing general inquiries while offering additional value-added services.
  • Minimize company risk by conducting soft collections when clients reach out and directing them to the appropriate Customer Credit Representative as needed.
  • Facilitate customer payments through various payment methods.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Be accountable for all after-hours activities outside of standard business hours.
