Kronos Workforce Management Specialist

Vitalité Health Network seeks a dedicated Kronos Workforce Management Specialist to join our team
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, this role will serve as a vital resource for all users navigating our time and attendance management system (Kronos Workforce Central- WESP, WTK, and self-service). You'll be instrumental in ensuring the system is used effectively by providing ongoing training, promoting best practices, and collaborating with various departments including Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll, System Administrators, and IT.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering comprehensive training sessions to users on the Kronos system, ensuring clear understanding and effective utilization.
- Providing ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting best practices within the organization.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, implement software upgrades, and maintain consistent workflows.
- Analyzing system data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in time management.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A college or university degree in administration or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in personnel recruitment and time card preparation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing and problem-solving with advanced computer software proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer service focus, demonstrated by active listening skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to navigate various software applications.
