Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
  • ADP authorization is required for this role.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
