Physiotherapist - Seniors Wellness Specialist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Resident / Registered Physiotherapist to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Location: Stouffville, ON
Schedule: Independent Contractor; 28.50hrs/week

Status: Independent Contractor

ADP authorization and Long Term Care experience are assets, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources and stakeholders.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and skills development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Foster a positive patient experience and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • A degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • ADP authorization is required for this role.
  • A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.

The successful candidate will be offered employment on the condition of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as having received all required doses of a Health Canada approved vaccine and having received the final dose at least 14 days before the employment start date.
