About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the Global Fraud Authentication Technology team, responsible for fostering relationships between business line partners and IT stakeholders on a global scale. This role is crucial in ensuring that our strategic initiatives align with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate effectively with technology and business partners to develop innovative, sustainable, and scalable solutions that meet the demands of our expanding global operations.
  2. Establish and nurture strong partnerships with stakeholders, technology partners, and third-party vendors to enhance collaboration.
  3. Champion a customer-centric culture within the team to strengthen business relationships and deepen industry knowledge.
  4. Own and drive the Global Fraud Authentication Technology Strategy and Roadmap.
  5. Align strategic focus with business priorities while introducing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  6. Lead teams in delivering transformative technology initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and accelerating time to market.
  7. Oversee the implementation of solutions that mitigate risks and address issues impacting projects and systems.
  8. Identify opportunities to leverage platform capabilities, ensuring the delivery of future-proof technology solutions and spearheading initiatives for innovation and digital transformation.
  9. Provide leadership in IT, PMO, and finance by supplying data to support operating budgets and business cases.
  10. Participate in establishing and managing objectives, strategies, and plans for Development Teams, ensuring adherence to quality principles in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Review and assess planned activities for future initiatives, participating in forward-planning sessions to resolve conflicts.
  12. Integrate the Bank's risk appetite and culture into daily operations and decision-making processes.
  13. Create an environment that promotes effective and efficient operations, adhering to the Bank's values and compliance requirements.
  14. Foster a high-performance culture by implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent while promoting an inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in Fraud Authentication Solutions is advantageous.
  2. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  3. Strong organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  4. Analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  5. Proven leadership experience in application development, technical architecture, or project delivery.
  6. Experience in managing operating and project budgets.
  7. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects.
  8. Experience in vendor assessment, management, and contract negotiations.
  9. Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions throughout their lifecycle.
  10. Significant experience leading complex implementations with large teams.
  11. In-depth knowledge of diverse infrastructure technologies and emerging trends in customer information systems.
  12. Preferred experience in Financial Industry products and services.
  13. Experience in transforming teams to adopt Agile methodologies and operate in a DevOps environment.
  14. Understanding of IT business continuity, cybersecurity, and risk management methodologies is highly desirable.
