About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at HMPT Investment Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective execution of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's mission and vision, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures that ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a financial services or investment company.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
