Job Summary

GLOBAL PHARMA TEK CANADA INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support our strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with our overall strategy.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support our leadership team.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization in a professional and effective manner.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
