Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Auto Fund Partnership Representative plays a vital role in building and maintaining effective business relationships with Auto Fund partners and stakeholders. This involves contributing to customer and partner experience, traffic safety promotion, and efficient operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Auto Fund departments to identify opportunities for improved partnerships, facilitate development plans, and monitor results against established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work collaboratively with Auto Fund departments to strengthen partner relationships, resolve issues, and provide recommendations to assist the Auto Fund in achieving its corporate objectives.
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate, plan, and schedule consultations between internal and external stakeholders to support partnership procurement processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with partners, vendors, and Auto Fund departments, including understanding the different business areas of expertise.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from external stakeholders and customers to measure satisfaction with Auto Fund products, processes, and programs.

Requirements

  • Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency.
  • Possession of a valid driver's licence.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in managing accounts and partners.

Pay Range

$59,976.00 - $75,684.00
