Position Overview

The role of a Food Counter Attendant at Wok Box involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced culinary environment. This position requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
  • Food Handling: Prepare and package take-out meals, portioning and wrapping food items with care.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize tables, trays, and kitchen surfaces, ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of food usage and assist in receiving and storing supplies.
  • Customer Interaction: Take and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as part of meal preparation.
Work Environment

This position is characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere, requiring the ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. Overtime may be necessary based on operational needs.

Employment Details
