Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Efficiently operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities utilized.
  • Prepare take-out food and ensure proper packaging.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Take and process customer orders with attention to detail.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
