This position is essential for managing appointments, processing clinician directives, and delivering vital assistance to both patients and the healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and transcribe clinician directives efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Assist with reception and wayfinding duties
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new staff members
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Perform other related tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk Program
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication abilities
