Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services to clients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Provide direct intervention services to clients, including speech and language therapy
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in education and training of other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligible for membership with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including acute care, outpatient, and community settings.
