About the Opportunity

Peace Collaborative Services is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary school team, you will work collaboratively with Speech-Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Psychology to provide individualized support to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement intervention programs for students with occupational therapy needs
  • Provide direct treatment intervention to students, including instruction and guidance for teachers, assistants, and parents
  • Participate in case conferences, parent interviews, and medical consultations to ensure comprehensive support
  • Research and provide consultation on adaptive equipment and technical aids to support student needs
  • Take a leadership role in overseeing program services, including supervising para-professional staff and providing programming input
Qualifications
  • Registration with ACOT and/or CAOT
  • Valid driver's license for travel
  • Police Information Record Check and Child Intervention Record Check
  • Pediatric experience an asset
