Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SAANVI ENTERPRISE INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, and operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
