Role Summary:

As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience for our customers, fostering meaningful and lasting relationships. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, focusing on optimizing inventory management, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising excellence. Additionally, you will assist in managing inventory through processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling eCommerce orders. Your contributions are vital to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail setting
  • Strong passion for fashion and customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a knack for relationship building
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Organized and proactive team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
  • Familiarity with social media, mobile devices, and computer skills is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
