Birks, a renowned luxury jewellery store, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in Downtown Montreal. As a Sales Professional - Service Counter, you will be an integral part of our Flagship store's success, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Professional - Service Counter, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing repairs and quotes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Developing meaningful relationships with each client to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Making personalized recommendations to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
  • Fostering a client-centric environment that prioritizes exceptional service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail and/or jewellery
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Strong team values, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and French
  • Good organization and learning skills, with a willingness to adapt to new situations
