Position Overview
The role of the Order to Invoice Specialist is crucial in managing the entire order to invoice process in accordance with Colgate-Palmolive's best practices. This position requires effective collaboration with local Customer Development Teams (CDTs) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Order to Invoice process, adhering to established best practices.
2. Foster strong internal customer relationships to facilitate efficient order management.
3. Work closely with local CDTs and Logistics to troubleshoot and resolve order and delivery challenges.
4. Communicate special customer requirements to Logistics for effective execution.
5. Enforce sales policies and terms with customers to ensure compliance.
6. Analyze customer returns and refusals, collaborating with local CDTs for resolution.
7. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the supply chain to optimize costs.
8. Utilize SAP for effective order processing and minimize manual interventions.
9. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
10. Prepare regular updates on customer service performance and cost metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel skills.
