About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dr. M. Khojasteh Dentistry Professional Corporation. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with various tasks, including preparing plaster models and moulds, and ordering dental and office supplies.
  • Perform administrative functions, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
