Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support Investment Advisors in administrative duties, including client account management and review preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Request and obtain necessary information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports.
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across Canada.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service are required.
