Job Title: General Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Commercial Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Windsor & Sarnia. As a General Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, and equipment in assigned areas.
  • Sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures, including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins.
  • Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins.
  • Refill all dispensers to normal limits, including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups.
  • Perform additional cleaning instructions received from clients as needed.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Pride in providing clean and safe environments for clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a variety of settings.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in commercial cleaning, preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, as this location is not on a bus route.
Physical Requirements:
  • This position requires a high level of physical exertion.
  • Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.
