About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen supplies.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
