We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Requirements
