Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information, as well as implementing internal control processes to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes analyzing and controlling financial statements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Internal Control: Design and implement internal control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Veolia's internal policies. This includes identifying and mitigating risks, developing control procedures, and monitoring control effectiveness.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure that financial reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, internal control, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop recommendations for process enhancements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
