This role is set within a factory or plant environment, where the ability to adapt to different situations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make adjustments and conduct minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for significant repairs.
  • Engage with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform minor appliance repairs as needed.
  • Conduct safety and security inspections regularly.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Carry out routine maintenance activities, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness by disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
