Job Title: Registered Nurse - Full Time Community Visit Role

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Niagara Region. As a Full Time Community Visit Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, utilizing a wide range of clinical skills, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, utilizing a holistic approach to care
  • Travel throughout the Niagara Region for client visits
  • Utilize a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching
  • Teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members
  • Maintain industry-leading practice standards

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current CPR certification and IV training
  • Updated Immunization Records and Clear criminal background check
  • Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
