Healthcare Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor site visitors and perform ID checks to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
- Prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules and regulations.
- Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team.
- Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to hiring.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Prior experience working in Security or Customer Service.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
