Healthcare Security Specialist

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our healthcare and university campus sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Respond to alarms, emergency requests, and use verbal de-escalation skills to resolve incidents.
- Monitor site visitors, perform ID checks, and enforce site policies and procedures.
- Respond professionally to site emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and other urgent matters.
- Effectively communicate suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team.
- Prepare and maintain professional reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences.
- Patrol the facility regularly to prevent potential conflicts and ensure a safe environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to hiring.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Prior experience in security or customer service.
