Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
    • Load buspans and trays with food and beverages for service.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
    • Operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for use in food preparation.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
      • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Work Environment
      • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment.
      • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
