PRIMARY DUTIES:
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will collaborate with the Maintenance Lead to support daily operations through effective maintenance practices.
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate scheduled downtime with production for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Gain a thorough understanding of machinery operations.
- Perform basic electrical and boiler maintenance tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, we require 2-3 years of maintenance experience along with welding and fabrication skills.
- Welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential. A proven track record of effective teamwork is required.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit are crucial.
- Leadership capabilities and proficient computer skills are necessary. A willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Full-time, Permanent position; overtime may be necessary.
- Day Shift with on-call responsibilities. Flexibility to work on-call, including holidays, weekends, and evenings is expected.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to frequently bend, twist, climb, and lift up to 25 kg.
- Work Environment: Regular exposure to loud noises, distractions, and dusty conditions.
