About the Role:

Trouw Nutrition is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Skilled Operator in our feed mill. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our production line, ensuring the highest quality animal feed is produced while meeting strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including bulk trucks and forklifts
  • Load and unload ingredients, ensuring accurate and efficient shipping of products to customers
  • Perform preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant, ensuring quality control requirements are met
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing safety training and adhere to strict manufacturing practices and safety policies

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a feed mill or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work rotational shifts and overtime as required
  • Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid class 5 license and forklift driving experience an asset
