Position Overview

The Spirit Ridge Owner Association is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Dusting: Regularly dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean atmosphere.
  • Upholstery Care: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Maintenance: Make beds and change sheets as required.
  • Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock the linen closet.
  • Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Guest Interaction: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or information about facilities.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. The role involves standing for extended periods.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

Work Schedule

This is a permanent position with an expected workload of 32 hours per week.
