Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our housekeeping team at Watermark Beach Resort as a Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any malfunctions to the supervisor and provide customer service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining facilities.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks.
Weight Handling
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs): Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) while performing cleaning tasks.
