What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for creating an iconic guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. This includes:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness of assigned guest suites, including full kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms.
  • Maintaining a high level of guest service and responding promptly to all guest requests.
  • Making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Working independently or as part of a team as required.
  • Participating in deep cleaning of hotel guest rooms.
  • Assisting with cleaning of other hotel common areas as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous professional cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent observational skills.
  • The ability to adhere to safe work practices.
  • Able-bodied and capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing heavy loads.
  • A love for a daily routine and staying active.
  • A friendly and enthusiastic manner, with a great sense of cooperation and teamwork.
