We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Authorize payment transactions and manage financial operations.
  • Oversee inventory management and product ordering.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally.
  • Develop and maintain employee work schedules.
  • Engage with customers to promote and sell products.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, stock levels, and staffing.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Manage cash handling and transactions accurately.
Work Environment
