Retail Store Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish work schedules that meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
