Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Manila Grill Restaurant 170 St. West is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
