Operations Director

2544721 Alberta Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to lead our organization's strategic direction and daily operations.
As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, efficiency, and success across all departments. You will be responsible for overseeing resource allocation, implementing organizational policies, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Establish clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and executives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Represent the organization in external engagements, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3 to less than 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within a similar industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Fluency in English is required, and the work schedule consists of 32 hours per week.
