**Key Responsibilities:**

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs

* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree
* 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload

**Working Conditions:**

* 32 hours per week
* Permanent employment
* English language
