Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales management
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English
  • Hours of work: 42 hours per week
