Job Summary:

We are a full-service provider located on the grounds of our cemetery and with a crematorium onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate funeral ceremonies to meet the needs of families and individuals.
  • Maintain active involvement within the community and establish effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support the Funeral Service Department's vision of technology integration by understanding its role in the funeral home's success.
  • Possess a Funeral Director and Embalmer license and have experience as a licensed funeral director or apprenticeship.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Funeral Home procedures and business practices, including Brand You and Funeral Home Procedures Manuals.
  • Display strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Requirements:

  • Funeral Director and Embalmer license
  • Experience as a licensed funeral director or apprenticeship
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Funeral Home procedures and business practices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
