Overview

As a Funeral Attendant with Foundation Partners Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of funeral services and visitations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the funeral director with various tasks, maintaining a friendly and empathetic attitude towards all individuals involved.

Responsibilities
  • Support the funeral director in coordinating logistics and operations during funerals and visitations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and assistance to families and guests.
  • Assist in the movement of caskets and other related items within the visitation area, funeral home, chapel, or other service locations.
  • Operate the hearse, family limousine, or other vehicles as part of the funeral cortege and other related activities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a caring and empathetic approach, providing best-in-class service to customers.
  • Be available to work weekends, evenings, and days on an on-call basis as needed.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, high levels of compassion, and integrity.
  • Display a detail-oriented approach with a positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 75lbs safely.
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.
