About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement. Manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
