Job Overview:

As a Keyholder, you will assist with ensuring consistently great execution, recommend products and services, and share accountability to drive profit and growth.

You will prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency in all aspects of your role and live by and coach to our Core Beliefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Placing small items into stock in the sales area of the store
  • Sweeping, dusting, and other general store maintenance functions
  • Assisting in unloading delivery vehicles and putting items into stock
  • Effectively opening and closing the store while following company procedures
  • Assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Other duties and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
  • A valid driver's license may be required
  • Previous Key Holder experience is an asset
